Special offer for new and lapsed student member’s of the AGS

For a limited time, the Australian Glycoscience Society is calling for new student member’s to join our society under a special offer:

Get two years membership for the price of one year!

Only catch: Generate three pieces of social media content relevant to the AGS and work with our communications team to get it released to the community!

Examples of content we are seeking:

• AGS member highlight
• Australian glycoscience paper highlight
• Opportunities/deadline e.g. grants/funding opportunities, conference abstract deadlines, travel funds
• Science communication (blog style post)
• Community achievements (thesis submitted, grants awarded etc.)

Eligibility: New and lapsed student members.

Process:

1. Sign-up for a 1-year student membership (2026),
2. Create 3 pieces of social media content (LinkedIn, BluSky) in 2026
3. Receive your 2027 membership for free.
