About Us

Glyco@Oz was founded in late 2019 following the 1st and 2nd Australasian Glycoscience Symposium (Lorne, VIC, Feb, 2018 and Adelaide, SA, Sep, 2019, respectively), which highlighted the need for a network that could serve to connect Australian glycoscientists across institutions and interest areas.

Glyco@Oz aims to facilitate new and strengthen existing connections between glycoscientists in Australia through a free and open network that unites like-minded scientists. The network will be communicating news, events, meetings, job openings, educational activities, research findings and other information of broad interest from all areas of glycoscience within and outside Australia.
